Catch a leave in Oct…

I don’t think anyone back home would known this but there is a believe here when Autumn is here, in the month of Oct, if you can catch a falling leaves from the top of the tree while it is falling down, you will be lucky!

I tried catching the leaf as it is falling to the ground and it was so hard but fun at the same time! It’s not easy believe me but I managed to catch 3 the whole afternoon!

My goodness! I love Mama Mia so much! It was so long that I haven’t enjoyed myself so much on a film like this.

It has so many great talents like Merryl Streep, Julie Walters, Christine Baranski, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgård and Pierce Brosnan. Don’t get me wrong when you read the title. I love Pierce Brosnan, he is one of my fantasy man but for the life of me, he CANNOT sing!

I love the scenery as it was filmed in Greece! I love the songs that are so familiar to us because of Abba! I love the humour, the laughter and the emotions it depicts from us when we watch this film. I love this film, what about you?

2 months Anniversary

Is it just 2 months? It feels more like years already! Hahaha… time really flies! Now, I cannot remember the times we were not together…

I know it’s not special date but I feel like doing something nice… Hmm… what should I do? Nothing special in the fridge, should I go out and buy more food? Hmm… I have been stuffing him with lots of food lately, what else can I do for him?

Fascinator…

Ladies, let me introduce the new term ‘Fascinator‘ if you are still clueless as to what is that.

As I am going to attend a real live horse racing soon, I got myself a real pretty red dress as you can see from my previous blog. I wanted to get a long white gloves to go with that but Mark said it’s too warm a summer to wear gloves for the event so I will have to settle with a hat and nice heels.

As it is, I don’t fancy wearing a big funky hat for the event, so Mark suggested I wear a fascinator! Mark’s sister Heather own 2 fascinator so I guess I am going to check it out this weekend to see whether it suits my dress. I will definately take lots of nice pics on the actual event so ladies, look out! I will post it in 3 more weeks!

Elland Road

Leeds United played against Crystal Palace yesterday. I was there at the live match and the atmostphere is so good! We won 4-0!

So it’s official. I am a Leeds United fan now…

I told Mark I will not be supporting Leeds United if they lose this game but they made such a great come back it’s such a great game to watch!

My new dresses

After establishing I have not gained any weight at all, I decided it’s high time I get myself some nice dresses…

It’s Nigel and Julie’s wedding in 3 week’s time. We are going to attend Doncaster Horse Race before the registration so it’s high time I get myself a fancy dress for the special event.

So when we were visiting York, we found time to get into some boutique to try on some new sexy dresses.

After 2 hours of scouting, I was about to give up when I saw this dress shop at the corner of the street. Not fancy name but I like the dresses that were clinging on the mannequin. After trying on 3 dresses, I decided on one slinky red one for the wedding race course and one super low cut till my belly button black dress for other special occasion I can wear for a night out. Who knows? I might wear it when I go back to Malaysia next year! Guys will nose bleed to death! Muahahaha…Red Black

False alarm…

Whoosh! What a relief!

As Azumi is packing her luggage, she used the my weighing scale to weigh herself and discover she gained weight as well. She didn’t believe it so she took the weight scale down to the kitchen where the floor is hard and try again. So we discover, we didn’t gain any weight at all! So I am back to my normal 64kg! Muahahahaha….

But I am not satisfied. My targetted weight is 55kg so I will work harder for it this time! Kekekeke…

Azumi left yesterday for Peterborough. She is leaving for Japan this afternoon :(

We decided to do a farewell party for her before she leave so on Wed, we went to Owston Hall for Italian treat. Both Mark and Azumi are into beer, wine and fine Italian dining so it really is a treat to have an outing like this. Azumi has a small bottle of Chablis while Mark has a beer. Mark ordered fish cake for starter and Piccante Pizza for his main. Azumi order the soup of the day which is blue cheese and cauliflower. For main, Azumi tried the Lobster filled raviolli. I love my seafood so I ordered the golden fried calamari with Seafood Spaghetti as my main.

The dining hall is really beautiful as it was an old conservatory for the old estate so the whole place is made of glass which we can look up to the clear sky.

We had a good time with good food, good drink and good company. So it was a night to remember. I will not forget you, Azumi Hosaka. You brought me back to reality and took care of me when I was most vulnerable. Thank you!

OMG! I gained 7 KG!

I don’t know what happen but I think 2 months of unemployment and the fact that I have no worries has left me with 7kg more weight. Sob sob!

I am still able to get into my clothes and stuff, that is why I didn’t know when I start pilling up on my weight. I am sure the measurement is off but I am determine to loose that extra weight before I go back to Isle of Wight on 10th Sep.

I have been regularly playing badminton and swimming in the pool weekly so I am surprised about the weight gain but I will not let it happen again. Stay tune for the update again!

I dye my hair black!

After hesitating for more than 2 weeks, I finally did it. I dyed my hair with Azumi’s help.

Azumi is a Japanese girl that I got to know while I was waitressing in a Japanese Restaurant. She is currently staying with us while she sort out her plane tickets back to Japan.

I never used Garnier before but this Garnier Nutrisse Cream make me feel very conditioned and I love the texture of my hair after use. I will have to post some pics of my new hair after this weekend. Mark is taking me to York for the coming bank holiday weekend so I will take lots of pics soon!
